ABOUT ME

IMG_63421.jpg

I can offer sessions in Brighton, via video or telephone.

I have worked in a number of settings providing mental health and wellbeing services for adults and young people within the charity sector.

I have an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling and am trained in integrative therapy, combining psychodynamic, person-centered and CBT theory in a relational way. This means that I shape the therapy I offer around each individual and their needs. In our work together we will go at your pace and review how things are going regularly to make sure you feel you are getting the most from the sessions. Sometimes it might be hard to put into words what is going on for you and it might be helpful to bring some creative approaches into our work if this feels right for you.

Since my initial qualification, I continue to attend regular training in a range of areas as part of my ongoing professional development. I also have full professional indemnity insurance.
