I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working in Brighton and online. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to speak freely about the issues that are of most concern to you.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychology (BACP) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am also an AXA healthcare approved practitioner. 

 

My work draws on my integrative training to blend a range of counselling theories in a relational way. I will work flexibly with the issues you bring, offering either short-term or long-term sessions.
